On a recent impromptu trip to [tag]Niagara Falls [/tag]and [tag]Niagara-on-the-Lake[/tag], Ontario, it reminded me of how freaking cool Canada is.

10. It’s easy to find their head shops.

9. They believe in carrying out justice swiftly

8. You can buy bandaids, contact lens solution, a power strip, a Cuban cigar and a lovely bong at 2:30 a.m. from your neighborhood convenient store.

7. They have amazing Ferris Wheels with air-conditioned gondolas.

6. They have dignified gulls that like to hang out in scenic places, thank you.

5. They appreciate the Addams Family’s Cousin It enough to memorialize him in tree form.

4. Niagara Falls is still hopping at 1:30 a.m. with something other than drunken twentysomething ho’s.

3. They are so kind to animals that they let Ferris Wheel-eating dinosaurs roam freely

2. Their view of the Falls is WAY better.

1. They care about each other enough to have [tag]nationalized health care[/tag]. Having just seen [tag]Sicko[/tag], I learned that most if not all the horrible myths about their health care are incorrect.
